Deb joined the laboratory animal sciences industry in 1977, working for a small animal breeder for 21 years before launching her own business. On June 17, 1998, Deb and her business partner, Bill Clarke, founded Animal Specialties and Provisions. As ASAP President, Deb's main focus is and always has been her customers’ 100% satisfaction. She is also responsible for ASAP’s long-term financial health and growth. To say Deb loves her job is an understatement! She is so appreciative and attributes the company's success to all of ASAP's loyal customers. When she’s not working, Deb enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is especially elated over the relocation to Pennsylvania of her daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters.
Bill
Vice President

Bill is responsible for the functioning of the business, including managing personnel, procurement, supply chain, product technical training, facilities, and customer contracts. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Nichols College and brings to the table more than a decade of experience in project management, business development and data analytics. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, loves sports, and is a New England/Boston fan. Bill is also a lefty!
Jacky

Jacky holds a bachelor’s degree in animal science from Delaware Valley University and began her career working with farm animals. She has been with ASAP since day one as a customer service manager with a focus on laboratory animal enrichment. She handles all aspects of customer care for north and non-delivery area customers. She is also actively involved in dog training and enjoys all aspects of animal behavior as well as the animal-human bond. In addition to dogs, Jacky likes food, wine, and dragons —preferably all together!
Andrea

Andrea oversees any customer complaints (of which we’re proud to say there aren’t many!) and follows up to ensure a quality outcome is achieved for our customers. Andrea has had close ties to ASAP for over 18 years and officially joined the team in 2022. Before joining ASAP, Andrea worked as a registered nurse for 20 years. She loves spending time with her two daughters, friends, and family.

Kelly is the controller for all of Animal Specialties and Provisions. Prior to this role, she oversaw our Hanover, Maryland location’s billing department, as well as order fulfillment and invoicing for our Quakertown, Pennsylvania location. Kelly is married with three kids and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Heather
Accounting Assistant

Heather manages accounts payable, processes customer payments, and handles general administrative duties. She enjoys spending time with her family and two daughters. She also has a passion for renovating—using her creative side to create beautiful spaces. Heather is a foodie at heart, and she is often in the kitchen trying out new dessert and cookie recipes, especially during the holiday season!

Kelly has been with ASAP since 2008. She's responsible for accounts receivable—helping ensure smooth cash flow for ASAP. She also provides customer service. When she’s not working, Kelly enjoys being outdoors, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends, her husband and their two children.
Christopher
Operations Manager

Chris started his career with ASAP in 2006. He is in charge of logistics for inbound and outbound shipments, as well as warehouse operations and inventory control. Chris is an avid NASCAR and Eagles fan who enjoys spending time with his family at the beach and at their cabin in the Poconos. He also loves watching his son compete in football and wrestling.

Warehouse Supervisor

Ryan oversees the everyday operations of ASAP’s warehouse, including receiving and fulfilling orders and maintaining accurate inventory rotation. He also supports driving and delivery when needed. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities, including hiking and fishing with his kids.

Warehouse Associate

Ryan has been part of the ASAP warehouse staff since 2007. He is responsible for pulling and staging customer orders, organizing the warehouse, shipping orders, and offloading feed and bedding deliveries. Occasionally, he also fulfills orders and manages inventory. He enjoys watching movies and playing video games in his free time.
Jeremy

Jeremy has been moving product from ASAP’s facility to our customers since 2003. He likes to think of himself as a “Relocation Engineer” rather than “Delivery Driver”! When he’s not at work, you can find him working on cars and other projects in his garage. He loves spending time with his wife, daughter and their family dog, as well as spending time outdoors four-wheeling, fishing, participating in car shows, or mowing the lawn.

Kaylee

Kaylee has been with ASAP since 2019. She handles all aspects of customer service for our Maryland location, which includes Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia. Kaylee enjoys cooking, vacationing with family, and spending time with her two children.
Phil
PPE Specialist

Phil is responsible for growing ASAP’s personal protective equipment (PPE) business. He makes sales visits to existing customers and identifies new prospects. Phil holds a BS in Business Administration from The King’s College in Briarcliff Manor, New York. He has been selling PPE for the last 30 years. He enjoys visiting customers and their facilities and being a dependable, knowledgeable resource in providing the best products for their specific needs. Phil loves spending time with his grandchildren, golfing, and fishing in his free time.

Warehouse Supervisor

Percy is responsible for fulfilling orders and processing paperwork. He loves working for ASAP, where he feels supported and at home, and enjoys taking in the beautiful sights on longhaul drives. In his free time, he loves being with his family, going out to eat, working on cars, and rooting for the Baltimore Ravens.

He aims to consistently meet customer expectations and maintain a positive and uplifting attitude to foster long-lasting relationships. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym, spending time with family, and watching the Dallas Cowboys.
